v0.1.1 patch notes + announcements

Grapple Mayhem v0.1.1 is officially up and running.

Here's what's new: 

 1. realised that a menu is missing, so uh... i added a menu :)

 2. tweaked the movement a little

Sneak peeks:

 1. Public release (no unlisted stuff) will be at update v1.0

 2. (referencing 1) v1.0 will have guaranteed main mechanics, such as better menu, levels, and stuff (made plans for everything).
